What exactly is the Fractional VA Service?

Our Fractional VA Service assists you with the day-to-day management and operation of your co-living properties. This is achieved primarily through our trained Virtual Assistants (VAs) who execute tasks based on our proprietary Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommended technologies.

What operational tasks do your VAs handle?

Our VAs handle critical tasks including, but not limited to: screening of prospective tenants, enhanced rent collection communication, managing tenant repair requests, and resolving personal disputes between tenants.

Is CoLiving Operations LLC the landlord of my property?

No. CoLiving Operations LLC is not the landlord of record and assumes absolutely no landlord obligations under law. We are a service provider; you, the Client, retain the ultimate responsibility for all landlord obligations, vendor selection, and making key decisions that influence outcomes.

How important is my involvement for the service to succeed?

Your timely participation and involvement are critical. This is a collaborative service, and the success of the Fractional VA Service depends heavily on the Client's timely participation and involvement.

How much does the Fractional VA service cost?

Our monthly service fee is $350.00 per property for clients enrolling 1 to 5 properties. If you have 6 or more properties, please contact us for custom pricing.
